| Description: | You will be directly involved in the day to day operation of the restaurant ensuring that our clients receive the highest levels of service. |
| Responsibilities: | Responsibility for the supervision of all staff on shift up to a maximum of 20 at any one time. You will be responsible for maintaining existing training standards and implementing new and improved programs. Duty management shifts will be offered with necessary training and support. |
